Description of current positions
1. Project Managers
Responsibilities:
• Managing projects from inception through completion following BSS project management policies and procedures
• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, requirements, change requests, and resources
• Communicating project status and objectives with project team members and client stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts pulling in appropriate team members and management
• Working with the client, project team members, and sales to identify and scope new opportunities
• Participate in QA and implementation of solutions where appropriate
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. MBA a plus
• Minimum three (3) years experience managing enterprise projects.
• Thorough understanding of: enterprise software development, project management, software design, and software development best practices, project budgeting and % complete revenue recognition, MS Office Suite and MS Project.
• Very good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent consulting skills, including the ability to educate and influence clients.
• Excellent time management, reasoning, and decision making skills.
• Knowledge of the following helpful: usability, information architecture, previous experience as a business analyst, Supply Chain Management, Financial Services, Accounting.
• Good professional English
2. Business Analysts
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with the customers, gather and analyse business requirements
• Collaborating with development teams, provide technical requirements
• Communicating project status and objectives with project team members and client stakeholders
• Participate in QA and implementation of solutions where appropriate
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. MBA a plus
• Minimum three (3) years professional experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Very good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent consulting skills, including the ability to educate and influence clients.
• Knowledge in one of the following business areas: Supply Chain Management, Financial Services, Accounting, Asset Management.

3. Senior Web Developers
Professional skills:
• Knowledge of Web design and Web administration job
• Solid experience with ASP.NET or JSP
• Experience creating web sites using HTML, CSS, DHTML and JavaScript
• Development experience using C# or Java
• Knowledge of internet protocols and standards
• Experience in XML, SOAP and similar technologies and standards
• Understanding of content management systems
• Professional experience at least 5 years
