Asset Management Suite is a subset of ADF dedicated for the development of modern Asset management software fully tailored to the customer business process. Asset Management solution helps to manage your portfolio of assets - whether they are movable like Fleet, IT equipment, handy's, tables & chairs or immovable like advertising panel, etc.
Asset management solution offered by BSS provides you with much wider possibilities to track and manage assets properly:
- Different type of assets can be handled;
- Wider track of asset information (attributes) like life expectancy, warranty terms, residual value;
- Identification of physical location of assets;
- Custom attributes can be added to different business scope (asset, customer, cost center, location, invoice & contract) and can be separated into different categories. User roles restriction (view, modify) can be set for each attribute.
- Log of the asset service (repair, maintenance, substitution) activities;
- Flexible management of asset configuration during life cycle;
- Identification of all configuration changes made during any given period of time;
- A certain workflow for proceed asset management, depending on asset type;
