There were some changes in BSS management after origination of promising project activities and the agreement of cooperation between UAB “Baltic Software Solutions” and CID GbmH.

Aidas Kavaliauskas, one of initiators of BSS and former system development director, became a general director. “Due to several years of thorough and consistent work, we are appreciated by our clients and have gained acknowledgement in western European market. Our business accelerates together with signing an agreement of cooperation with CID GmbH:  we acquired opportunity to offer solutions for the most demanding clients in Lithuania and the West. Furthermore, we have plans to step outside Europe. Therefore 2008 will be a year of dynamic growth and challenges” said A. Kavaliauskas.

Kazys Kavaliauskas, a former general director of a company, became an advisor to the general director. “For the past few years company has been working intensively on refining inner processes, technologies and products. We’ve successfully prepared for the new leap. Eventually I have an opportunity to go in for activities which are close to my heart – to consult on topical issues of business development” spoke K. Kavaliauskas. K. Kavaliauskas stayed in the company focusing on business optimization, scientific research and relations with academic society.

Saulius Vikerta, a new sales director, complemented the management of BSS. “Here in BSS I will pursue my admired occupation:  sales and constant communication with people, IT solutions and new challenges” affirms S. Vikerta, who gained his work experience in the largest telecommunication and retail enterprises of Lithuania.
