In November 2007 UAB “Baltic Software Solutions” together with CID GmbH signed a letter of agreement on consolidation. CID GmbH is a German company dedicated in software development.

BSS was initiated in 2001, CID – in 1997. Both companies were united by similar business experience, technology platforms and corresponding attitude to enterprise system solutions.  The first contacts between companies were established in November of 2004. Due to successful collaboration, a significant project of developing Enterprise process management software was implemented.

Inasmuch as recently BSS has been really successful in expanding business contacts, the perspective of a long term project activities appeared. Simultaneously CID obtained few vast projects in Germany. These challenges urged both companies to look for additional resources. Therefore BSS and CID decided to unite their assets and competence.

In the nearest future the alliance intends to expand to Romania.
