From the 12th of May „Baltic Software Solutions“ (BSS) management team has a new member – Nerijus Jankauskas. He was Chief Information Officer of SCIIL AG (international company − develops and implements MES solutions, software modules, measurement devices and control systems related with data collection, processing and analysis with a main focus on the manufacturing industry) and also the Director of SCIIL AG daughter company SCIIL Baltic. Since 1995 and until joining SCIIL in 2003 N. Jankauskas worked at implementation and integration of tailor-made software for quality management and process control at different European companies − first as independent developer, later as software consultant and project manager.

N. Jankauskas became the sales director of BSS. Former sales director Mindaugas Venckus became projects director of BSS.

Marius Triukas, the former projects director, from the 12th of May became ERP product line manager.

„During the world crisis middle and large enterprises started to search for more flexible, smaller and cheaper suppliers of IT solutions, which could help to automate business processes effectively. We have nine years experience of working with foreign customers, but today we review our strategy and take determined action to have a larger market share. The company development, new contracts and future plans led to the changes in the administration. Until summer we are planning to hire about 15 administrative and technical staff of different levels. In June we will open a new a branch in Vilnius. Besides that, we plan to offer new solutions to the public sector and improve products for the financial management and production“, − said General Director of BSS Aidas Kavaliauskas.
